I am a mother of 2 kids who are 13 and 8 years of age. I am currently studying full time at university and in the last year of my degree (thank goodness for that!)
I started up an online business late last year because I absolutely love babies and children. Whenever I go shopping I cannot be steered away from all the itty bitty baby clothes. When my own children were little I didn't find a lot of variety in styles of clothing, especially for boys. I have been complimented in my choice of gifts for the children and babies of friends and family which delights me as I love shopping for others. My business is called Fairy Kisses Boutique which my 8yo daughter and I came up with together by just brainstorming words that would match my vision.
Shortly after launching my online business I started sewing. My wonderful partner bought me a whiz bang sewing machine for my birthday and I have not looked back since. I am completely self taught and have already made a range of clothing, toys and accessories that I have sold online. I have received lovely feedback from my customers which drives me to continue to create.
